Because our collection includes natural stone, handcrafted Zellige, porcelain, ceramic and decorative surfaces, sample availability and representative format can vary by product.
Shipping
Samples ship free. Each sample is $19.90 and includes shipping, including for trade accounts. Applicable sales tax may still apply.
Sample Size
Most cut samples are approximately 4×4 or 3×6, depending on the material, product and format.
Availability
Sample availability is confirmed after your request is submitted. Some products or specialty components may not be available as samples. Natural stone slabs are sold by quote and are not offered as samples.

After payment, in-stock samples typically process for shipment within 2–3 business days from our U.S. warehouse.

60-Day Credit
Sample cost is credited toward a full order placed within 60 days of the sample purchase. If you decide to proceed with the sampled material for your project, we credit the full amount you paid for samples toward that order, whether you ordered one sample or several.
