How to Order Tile Samples
1) Choose your product
Browse our collections and open the product page(s) you want to sample.
2) Select sample option
If a sample variant is available on the product page, choose Sample and add to cart.
3) Use the Sample Order Form (when needed)
If no sample variant appears, submit this form with the product name, finish, and quantity.
4) Enter shipping details
We deliver to job sites, offices, and residences. Liftgate and appointment options are available for heavier orders.
5) Review and place order
Confirm items, shipping method, and payment to place your sample order.
6) Receive samples
In-stock samples typically dispatch within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse; transit is usually 3–7 business days.
