Do you offer trade pricing for architects, designers, and builders?

Yes. Our Trade Program offers preferred pricing for qualified architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors. Once approved, you’ll receive exclusive trade pricing, volume discounts, and project-based quotations for residential and commercial projects.

Who is eligible to join the Trade Program?

The program is open to licensed or registered design professionals, architectural firms, builders, contractors, and developers. We may ask for a business card, website, resale certificate, or other business documentation when you apply.

How do I apply for a trade account?

Complete the Trade Program form on this page or contact us with your company details, project type, and typical order volume. Our team reviews applications quickly and usually confirms your account within one business day.

Can you help with product selection and specifications?

Yes. We regularly support design teams with material selection, technical data, and value-engineered options. We can recommend natural stone, porcelain, or Zellige products that meet slip-resistance, maintenance, and budget requirements for each space.

Do you provide samples and project boards?

Sample pieces and swatch sets are available for most collections. We can prepare labeled samples for client presentations and ship them directly to your studio or job site. For larger projects, we can also help with mockups and approval sets.

Can you manufacture custom sizes, finishes, or mosaics?

Yes. As a manufacturer and importer, we can produce custom sizes, thicknesses, surface finishes, trims, and mosaics in many of our marble, limestone, travertine, and onyx materials. Custom work is quoted per project and subject to minimum quantities and lead times.

What lead times should I expect for stocked vs. special-order materials?

In-stock materials in our California warehouse typically ship within 1–2 business days. Special-order and custom-manufactured items ship from our overseas plants and require additional production and transit time. We’ll always provide estimated lead times on your quote so you can plan schedules with confidence.

Do you offer job-site delivery and freight support?

Yes. We ship parcel and palletized freight throughout the continental U.S., including commercial and residential job sites. Liftgate and appointment services are available, and our logistics team can help you choose the best option based on access, schedule, and budget.
