SeraPool Olympic Porcelain Tunnel Overflow Channel System
Sold by the Piece
Custom order: stocked at the factory overseas and shipped directly to your US job site as part of your project order. Lead time is confirmed with your quote.
SeraPool Olympic Porcelain Tunnel Overflow Channel System is a glazed porcelain tunnel overflow system: a closed porcelain channel behind the pool wall with a matching cobalt system piece. Porcelain channels replace plastic or stainless-steel gutters with a fully tiled, easy-to-clean overflow that matches the pool finish. It is part of the SeraPool Olympic™ Commercial & Competition Pool Collection, a complete porcelain system of edge tiles, deck tiles, depth markers, pool tile, mosaics, overflow channels and gutter grates for commercial and competition pools.
Each run is built from straight channel pieces, pieces with an outlet for the drain connection, and inside and outside corners. Confirm channel type, outlet spacing and corner conditions against your mechanical drawings before ordering.

Installation notes
- Set on a waterproofed, leak-tested pool shell with a C2 (EN 12004) cementitious adhesive; in US practice an improved modified mortar (ANSI A118.15) rated for submerged use. Back-butter every piece for full coverage.
- Set channels to the falls shown on the drawings so water runs to the outlets.
- Grout no sooner than 24 hours after setting with a flexible, pool-rated grout; plan movement joints per TCNA EJ171.
