Material: Natural Honey Onyx
Applications
Recommended for interior feature walls, fireplace surrounds, bathroom walls, properly waterproofed shower surrounds, backsplashes, and qualified low-traffic interior floors. This tile is not default shower-pan material. Backlighting requires a project-specific system.
Installation and care
Use premium white non-staining large-format mortar approved for translucent onyx. Back-butter every tile and verify full mortar coverage. Dry-lay material from several cartons to balance color, translucency, and banding. Use a flat, stable substrate, especially for the 18×18 format. Seal before and after grouting where appropriate, test grout color, and clean only with pH-neutral stone products.
